We'd rather tell you plainly what Vennos does and doesn't have today than hand you a badge that doesn't mean anything. Here's the honest answer to your security questionnaire.

What we do today

  • Encryption in transit and at rest. All traffic is served over HTTPS, and data is encrypted at rest in our database and storage layers.
  • Role-based access control. Admins, instructors, students, and members see only what their role permits, and instructor environments are isolated from one another.
  • We own uptime and patching. There's no plugin stack for your team to keep updated and no server for you to maintain — that's on us, not you.

What we don't have yet

If any of these are a hard requirement for your program today, tell us — we'll give you a straight answer on timing rather than a vague "on the roadmap."

  • SOC 2 certification. We are not SOC 2 certified yet.
  • SSO / SAML. Not yet supported — it's on our roadmap.
  • HECVAT / VPAT. We don't have a completed HECVAT or VPAT yet. Ask us and we'll answer your security questionnaire directly.

These are the five things a reviewer asks next, and we haven't documented them yet. Ask and we'll answer directly — but this page should carry them, and it won't until we've written them down. We'd rather show you the gap than fill it with something we haven't verified.

Your data is yours

You can export your community and course data on request. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it to train anything outside of running your program.

Support

Early customers get a direct line to the person building the product — not a support queue. If you have a security question this page doesn't answer, book a walkthrough and we'll answer it directly.
